Ann has a strong background in handling stakeholders, complex, confidential and sensitive data for a range of companies.  Her previous assignment was to propel a FTSE100 company from outside of the top 10 companies utilising grant opportunities to top 3, within a year.

• In 2019-2020, ABC helped a client take second place on the CITB league table for most grants claimed.

• In 2020-2021, ABC was able to secure first place for the same client for most grants claimed. In 2021-2022, ABC maintained that client in the top 10 most claimed grants and further won the largest grant fund for Management and Leadership development.

• In 2022, ABC continues to help a number of clients shape their Learning and Development offering.  She has continued to use her knowledge and experience from an operational perspective to help guide her clients in the best way for funding opportunities and how best to maximise their levies.

• In 2023, all client contracts retained.  Maximum funding secured for a number of Leadership Management Development programmes. All audits (CITB, Apprenticeship and ATO) passed.

• In 2024, ABC continues to grow a steady client portfolio with all existing clients being retained.  ABC helping to professionalise client portfolios through various professional bodies. Collaborating with a number of external companies and professional bodies i.e. HM Prisons, City and Guilds, CIOB, RICS.

• Securing funding for Leadership and management, skills and training and Innovation funding.

• All clients have moved out of cost centres into profit centres.

It is rare to find someone who is fully conversant with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) data and CITB processes.  ABC have made it their mission to know the process of grant claims from ground level through to the successful securing of the grants for companies.  ABC also provides Learning and Development/Health and Safety training advice to various companies.  ABC have found that despite the support that companies may receive from external providers or the teams that operate within the organisations, a lot of grant opportunities were missed.
